Policies


SHIPPING 

Please refer to your confirmation email for our current processing time. From there, USPS first class mail generally takes 2-6 business days. If you need your item sooner, please upgrade to Priority Shipping. Please note that this will expedite your shipping time, not processing time. You will also receive a tracking number in a separate shipping confirmation email. 

We do not include paper invoices with your package as we are paperless. You will receive an invoice via email as well as shipping confirmation once shipped.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. If you have Route+ purchased on your order, you can file a claim with them for any lost, stolen, or damaged mail that may occur.

If your package gets returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fee. 

By purchasing from us, you agree that we are not responsible once the post office is in possession of your package and has scanned it in. 

 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective - we must be notified via email (helloheadbandshop@gmail.com) of the damage within 7 days of delivery. 

We cannot cancel or refund an order so please be sure to check that all info is correct (shipping address, email, payment, coupons).

 

HEADBAND DISCLAIMER

All headbands will vary slightly due to the nature of handmade. This goes for fabric, fabric pattern placement and color. We try to portray colors as accurately as possible however different monitors/screens show colors differently. Please ask us if you have any questions prior to ordering as all sales are final.
