SHIPPING
Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days. This is the time that it takes for us to cut, sew and package your items and does not include actual shipping times. Please refer to your tracking number that is including in the shipping confirmation email.
We do not include paper invoices with your package as we are paperless. You will receive an invoice via email as well as shipping confirmation once shipped.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur.Â

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective - we must be notified via email (helloheadbandshop@gmail.com) of the damage within 10 days of delivery.Â
All sales are final. We cannot cancel or refund an order so please be sure to check that all info is correct (shipping address, email, payment, coupons).
